History

Founded in 2009, yellowBird spent much of the first two years tweaking the production, playback and distribution of 360° video technology. It's founding partner and current managing director Marc Groothelm saw the growing potential in 360° video to further engage online audiences. In late 2010 yellowBird began to distribute it's 360° content which instantly rocked the blogosphere and caught the eyes of the digital industry. Our early attention to quality paid off as we found ourselves thrust into the spotlight producing 360° commercials for the worlds biggest brands. yellowBird continues to set the bar for 360° video technology in the advertising, broadcasting and entertainment industries.
