Sidney Stringer School is a very rewarding place to work in for students and staff alike. We offer a range of professional development opportunities for all our staff, be they new entrants to the profession through the Graduate Teacher or Post-Graduate Certificate routes, continuing professional development at all stages of a teaching career and a commitment to training for the increasing number of support staff who contribute to our work. Just under half of the total workforce at the school are support staff, and recruitment here has been one of the major factors in the school's success in recent years.
