The University Systems Group (USG) is a recently formed group and has a number of new exciting opportunities. We are interested in people who want to be in at the beginning and help us forge a business focused and professional department, where you will get the chance to really lead and deliver in your area of expertise. We work in a strong team environment and we are looking for people who will contribute their ideas and can develop and deliver creative and innovative systems solutions.

USG plays a critical role in developing and maintaining a wide range of corporate systems that really make a difference to staff, students and the University. Working in close partnership with internal business programmes, we are delivering web based learning, teaching and marketing systems, student management systems, Finance, HR and back office functions, and many more. In one exciting new project we are starting to build a University data warehouse.

USG's scope covers all areas from business systems planning and architecture, new requirements, project delivery, systems administration and support. Recent investment allows us to introduce specialists to help take forward a number of important new projects that support business change initiatives in the University.
