Q. I’ve no previous mobile phone industry experience. Does that matter?
A. No. We will give you all the training you need to know about all the products we sell, including phones, networks and tariffs. What we are looking for are inspirational leaders who can deliver not only exceptional sales results but also the best customer service levels.

Q.What training will I receive?
A.When you join us, you’ll be given a comprehensive and unique induction, covering everything you need to know to get your career with us off to a flying start. This training program is provided at out state of the art multi million pound training centre. A lot will be expected of you in your role so our training programme is designed to help you deliver.
After your initial training, we’ll continue to track you through your first 3 months and beyond, giving you the tools and therefore the opportunity to climb the Phones 4u career ladder
Q. I’ve heard that Phones 4u targets are tough – what happens if my store doesn’t achieve them?
A.You’ll be given all the support you need to help achieve your stores targets but as a Phones 4u manager you’ll be expected to drive this performance yourself, hence the excellent rewards package we offer.
Q. How much can I earn?
A.This depends on your role within management, but if you help ensure the store meets it’s targets, you can expect to be well rewarded with our uncapped commissions and bonus scheme.
Q. If I initially start as a designate manager will I still earn bonus? ?
A. Coming on board as a designate is a great way to learn our business, it will expose you to the best managers in our business and give you the best foundation to build your career upon. During this period however you will not earn the managers bonus but you will earn commission on everything you sell.
Q. How long will I be a designate for?
A.This depends on you, the training plans we deliver are uniquely tailored to the individual and as such the training period varies from person to person. We want our new managers to be the best they can be and grow with us as a business and the only way to do this is to get things right from the start.
