Sales Administrator

Developing sales professionals at trainee level are sought to join a team which will become the focal point of communication between the customer, BT iNet and the BT channel sales teams. Efficient, accurate and with a keen interest in technology and customer service, you'll be supporting lead generation, quotation provision, lead follow up and management and order intake.

Service Performance Analyst

In this role you'll be part of the Technical Service Centre, providing first, second and third line support to BT iNet service customers. Supporting technical engineering teams, you'll be monitoring service performance and customer satisfaction, driving customer service improvements and ensuring systems and tools are effective. Good communication skills and a passion for providing excellent service are essential.

BT iNet offers a generous remuneration package as well as further benefits and excellent holiday entitlement. The working week is 37.5 hours and, after your three month probationary period, pension contributions will be matched up to 3%.
